Can I return an item I received?
Our return policy extends 30 days following delivery of your order. We accept returns of apparel and accessory items that have not been worn, washed, or exposed to pet dander or smoke. All media items must be unopened. We are unable to issue refunds for digital music downloads. Items that were purchased on sale or at a discounted rate are not eligible for return.

How long does it take to receive a refund after a return?
Once your return is received by our warehouse, a refund will typically be approved and issued within 2 business days. You will receive an email notification of a refund. Depending on your bank, it can take between 2-5 business days for funds to transfer.
Can I exchange an apparel item that doesn't fit as expected?
In most cases, yes. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can make sure we have the size you need in stock.
How long does it take to process exchanges?
Most exchanges are processed within 5 business days of receiving the exchange.
Do you have size guides for apparel items?
We can provide sizing guides on most products. Please email us at email@example.com to request a specific product size guide.
What if an item arrives damaged or defective?
Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photographs of damaged or defective goods as soon as you receive the product. We will do our best to get a replacement sent out right away.
What if I need to cancel or make a change to my order?
Any orders containing pre-order items will be fulfilled on or around the date referenced on the pre-order item product description. Due to circumstances beyond our control, any pre-order dates referenced in product descriptions can't be guaranteed.
Can I track my order?
You sure can! As soon as orders ship, customers will receive an email notification containing tracking information. Please note that some email services mark these notifications as spam. If you believe that you have not received a shipping notification, send us an email at email@example.com.
Why was my order returned to your warehouse?
If the shipping address provided on your order is insufficient or incorrect, orders will be returned to our fulfillment center. When this happens, we will reach out to you using the contact information provided while ordering to correct the shipping address. If we do not receive an adequate shipping address within 10 business days of contacting you, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to 241 countries, so chances are we ship to you!
Depending on your country, international shipments may take up to 30 days to deliver. Unfortunately, tracking updates are limited on these shipments. In the event of extreme delays, it is best to first contact your local postal service to determine if your package is being held during the customs clearance process.
Customers outside of the U.S. are responsible for any tax, duty or brokerage charges associated with shipping orders internationally.
